2. Return Process

  • You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact.
  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by Xander Diy if the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will issue a refund in the form of Cash on Delivery (COD) for your next purchase. Refunds will not be processed via any other method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • All items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a return.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once your order is processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
